History
Conducive was started in 2006 as a response to the ever increasing demand for business focussed technology services.
The founders had already established a track record in correctly specifying and delivering technical implementations, a pragmatic approach to software development and the preparation of detailed technology business cases, and realised that they could provide the solutions to these problems in a suite of consulting services.
From these humble beginnings, Conducive has now established an enviable list of blue-chip clients, expanded the business and is poised to become a significant player in the Australian ICT consulting market.
What We Do
Conducive provides management and technology consulting in a number of business domains and focuses primarily on the provision of Business Strategy, Requirements Analysis, Solution Architecture, Vendor Management and Project Delivery services to our portfolio of clients. Conducive consultants pride themselves on their ability to effectively communicate with any level of an organisation and seamlessly transform business issues into technological solutions. With both clients and experience across a range of sectors, Conducive brings broad cross industry knowledge to any organisation that it provides services to, allowing for the creation and implementation of pragmatic, context-based solutions. Conducive is technologically agnostic and as such does not have any partnerships or alliances with vendors, allowing for impartial strategic advice and decisions, as well as avoiding conflicts of interest when engaging in management, auditing and evaluation of vendors.
